ASKED QUESTIONS
What's your cleaning and sanitization process?
We clean and disinfect all equipment after every use. In addition to that, we provide disposable hygiene masks for the goggles. Our disinfectants are also qualified for use against COVID-19 (coronavirus disease 2019) by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Sanitizing our equipment and facilities is always a standard procedure as health, safety, and cleanliness is a priority.
How do people avoid hitting each other?
Each player has his own room 10ft. x 10 ft.
Is photo-taking allowed?
Yes! We would love for you to share your experience with your friends and loved ones. You can ask your host to take photos and videos of you during the session.
Does the experience make you feel nauseous (motion sickness)?
Unlike other VR experiences, this one has been specially developed to avoid any discomfort, whether that be nausea or headaches.
We use the very best hardware (HTC Vive), the most powerful computers and specially designed in-house software to avoid any discomfort.
Games are also played standing up so your brain and your body are always working together just as they would in the real world.
However, this experience is not recommended for people with epilepsy.
Are there several missions?
Yes! We currently have many different exciting adventures available. Please check our homepage for the game descriptions.
If it’s your first time playing at Escape VR, we recommend playing Time Travel Chapter 1.
If you’ve played Chapter 1 already you are welcome to try our other adventures.
Do we have to select a mission before booking online?
You do not need to select your mission when booking, this will be done on arrival at the branch (don’t be late!) with the staff.

Yes, you must be at least 10 years old to play. You can double check age restriction directly on the mission description itself.
I am pregnant, can I play?
We do not recommend our experience for pregnant women but we do allow it, as our content is developed to avoid any discomfort.
Also, you need to keep in mind that games are also played standing up and players keep moving during the experience. Consult staff which experience is good for you.
Can I join if I am in a wheelchair?
For safety reasons this is not possible at the moment. But if you have someone to assist you, then welcome to try.
What languages are available?
Please check game discription on home page to see which languages available for particular experience.
What to wear?
Try to wear comfortable clothes and especially comfortable shoes. You will have to move around, pick up objects from the floor and even jump – you want to be comfortable and stable (Unless you are a superhero trained to fight aliens and attempt to save the world in stilettos, we recommend bringing a pair of sneakers with you).
